Shlomo and the Vocal Orchestra at London Jazz Cafe Sep 25 2010

We’e excited to announce that the incredible 8-piece beatbox troupe Shlomo and the Vocal Orchestra will return to London for one-night only at the Jazz Cafe in Camden. We’ll be doing our music show (as opposed to BOXED our theatrical show) and really looking forward to showing off some new tunes!

    Yeah reeeeeeeeeeeeally cool show – just got back from watching it (1st time heard or seen Shlomo and The Orchestra) !!!
    Pleeeeeeeease get some info/profiles up on the the orchestra members !??

    Absolutely fantastic show – loved seeing the vocal orchestra live, and the new material was great. I’ll never be able to look at beef stroganoff the same way again. Can I buy that one on iTunes?!?

    Oh, and Alyusha has got an absolutely incredible voice – beautiful treble part in the song at the opening of the show.

    “Teardrop” at the end (apologies, but I forget who was doing the lead vocals) was amazing – I’ve just been playing Mezzanine. and the Massive Attack original just doesn’t compare with last night’s version :)

    We’ll definitely be buying tickets for the Queen Elizabeth Hall on 31st October.

    I’ll second the request for more info on the website for the individual singers in the Vocal Orchestra.

    As for the cheesy 80s stuff after Saturday night shows at the Jazz Cafe, they’ve been doing that for a while now.
